١٦٣٦ - سليمان بن عبد الله بن سليمان بن علي بن عبد الله بن عباس: الهاشمي العباسي الأمير، والد محمد الآتي ولي المدينة للمأمون ثم اليمن ومكة، وحج بالناس ثم عزله المعتصم. مات سنة أربع وثلاثين ومائتين. وقال يعقوب بن سفيان إنه ولي مكة والمدينة سنة أربع عشرة ومائتين، وكان يتداول العمل عليها هو وابنه محمد، وكان ابنه على مكة في خلافة المأمون سنة ست عشرة ومائتين.
