١١٦٩ - داود بن عبد الكريم بن أبي الكرم محمد بن علي بن عبد الله بن جعفر بن أبي طالب: أبو سليمان الهاشمي الجعفري، عداده في أهل المدينة، يروي عن مالك وإبراهيم بن أبي يحيى، والدراوردي. وعنه أبو بكر وعثمان ابنا أبي شيبة، وابن نمير، وأبو حاتم، وابراهيم بن المنذر الحزامي ومحمد بن غالب تمتام، وثقه أبو حاتم، وقال كان عنده عن حاتم بن إسماعيل مصنفات شريك نحو ثلاثين جزءا، وابن حبان، وقال: لا يخطئ.زاد غيرهما وقيل: إنه كان سريا جوادا ممدحا، مكثرا عن حاتم بن إسماعيل. وقال العقيلي: في حديثه وهم وهو في التهذيب.
