٤٢٩٧- طلحة السّلمي «٣» : والد عقيل. ذكر البخاريّ في «الصّحابة» . وقال البغويّ: له صحبة. وقال ابن حبّان: سكن الشّام، وحديثه عند أهلها. وأخرج البخاريّ في تاريخه، وابن أبي خيثمة، والبغويّ من طريق ضمرة عن ابن شوذب، عن عقيل بن طلحة [وكانت له صحبة] «٤» . [ورواه أبو الوليد الطّيالسيّ عن سلام بن مسكين، حدّثني عقيل بن طلحة السّلمي] «٥» . وكانت «٦» لأبيه صحبة. ووقع في رواية ابن أبي خيثمة عن عقيل بن طلحة، وكان لطلحة- يعني أباه- صحبة.
