٩٣٨ - عَليّ بن هبة الله بن مُحَمَّد بن عَليّ بن البُخَارِيّ أَبُو الْحسن بن أبي البركات وَالِد قَاضِي الْقُضَاة أبي طَالب عَليّ تفقه على أسعد الميهني وَأبي مَنْصُور الرزاز وَسمع الحَدِيث من أبي الْقَاسِم بن بَيَان وَأبي عَليّ بن نَبهَان وَطَائِفَة وَدخل بِلَاد الرّوم وَولي الْقَضَاء بِمَدِينَة قونية مولده سنة سبع وَتِسْعين وَأَرْبَعمِائَة وَمَات بقونية وَهُوَ على قَضَائهَا فِي سنة خمس وَسِتِّينَ وَخَمْسمِائة
