١٧٦ - الْحُسَيْن بن الْحسن بن أَيُّوب أَبُو عبد الله الطوسى الأديب كَانَ من كبار الْمُحدثين وثقاتهم رَحل إِلَى أَبى حَاتِم فَأَقَامَ عِنْده مُدَّة وَجَاء بِمَكَّة فَسمع مُسْند أَبى يحيى بن أَبى مَسَرَّة مِنْهُ وَكتب أَبى عبيد من على بن عبد الْعَزِيز روى عَنهُ أَبُو على الْحَافِظ النيسابورى وَأَبُو إِسْحَاق المزكى وَأَبُو الْحُسَيْن الحجاجى وَأَبُو عبد الله الْحَاكِم وَأَبُو على الرُّوذَبَارِي وَآخَرُونَ مَاتَ بنوقان يَوْم الْأَضْحَى سنة أَرْبَعِينَ وثلاثمائة
