١٦٣ - بنْدَار بن الْحُسَيْن بن مُحَمَّد بن الْمُهلب الشيرازى أَبُو الْحُسَيْن الصوفى خَادِم الشَّيْخ أَبى الْحسن الأشعرى سكن أرجان قَالَ السلمى كَانَ عَالما بالأصول لَهُ اللِّسَان الْمَشْهُور فى علم الْحَقِيقَة كَانَ الشبلى يُكرمهُ ويقدمه وَبَينه وَبَين مُحَمَّد بن خَفِيف مفاوضات فى مسَائِل رد على مُحَمَّد بن خَفِيف فى مَسْأَلَة الإغانة وَغَيرهَا حِين رد ابْن خَفِيف على أقاويل الْمَشَايِخ فصوب بنْدَار أقاويل الْمَشَايِخوَقَالَ الْخَطِيب كَانَ بنْدَار من أهل الْفضل المتميزين بالمعرفة وَالْعلم وَلم يكْتب لَهُ مُسْندًا غير حَدِيث وَاحِد مَاتَ سنة ثَلَاث وَخمسين وثلاثمائة
