موسى بن أحمد ويقال محمد بن سعد اليحصبي يعرف بالوتد قرطبي يكنى أبا محمد سمع من قاسم بن محمد وأحمد بن مطرف ومحمد بن يحيى بن عبد العزيز. كان بصيراً بالشروط وله فيها تأليف حسن وله حظ من تعبير الرؤيا وقلد الشورى وتصرف في رفع كتب المظالم إلى المنصور ودرس عليه الفقه وحدث ونسب إليه تخليط كثير شهر به وعرف منه يعني في الحديث. توفي سنة سبع وسبعين وثلاثمائة.
