طلحة بن أحمد بن عبد الله بن غالب بن تمام بن عطية الداخل إلى الأندلس وقت الفتح من أهل غرناطة يكنى بأبي الحسن كان فقيهاً حافظاً للمذهب المالكي ذاكراً للمسائل غلب الفقه عليه وقعد لتدريسه ونوظر عليه في المدونة وغيرها روى عنه عمه أبي بكر: غالب بن عطية وأبي علي الغساني وأبي علي الصدفي وتفقه بأبي محمد عبد الواحد بن عيسى. روى عنه ابنه أبو بكر: عبد الله وأبو خالد بن رفاعة وأبو عبد الله النمري ولم يذكر وفاته ﵀.
