أحمد بن محمد بن سيد أبيه الزهري إشبيلي بطليوسي الأصل أبو القاسم روى عن أبي الحسن: شريح وكان عاقداً للشروط متقدماً في البصر مبرزاً في العدالة وصنف في الوثائق مصنفاً نافعاً مجرداً من الفقه وهومشهور متداول بين الناس استجادة له. وكان حياً سنة سبع وستين وخمسمائة رحمه الله تعالى.
