أحمد بن طلحة بن أبي بكر محمد بن أحمد بن طاهر من بني عطية المحاربي الغرناطي أبو جعفر روى عن أبي بكر: عم أبيه: غالب بن عبد الرحمن بن عطية وابن العربي وابن عم أبيه: أبي محمد: عبد الحق بن غالب بن عطية وابن الباذش ويونس بن محمد بن مغيث وغيرهم كثيراً. وكان فقيهاً جليلاً استشهد في دخول اللمتونيين غرناطة سنة تسع وثلاثين وخمسمائة.
