١٣٤ - محمد بن الحسن بن أحمد بن علي بن محمد الدامغاني أبو الفضل بن أبي محمد ابن أبي الحسين قاضي القضاة أبي الحسن ابن قاضي القضاة أبي عبد الله قال ابن النجار من أهل بيت القضاء والتقدم والفضل والعلم شهد عند قاضي القضاة أبي الحسن علي بن أحمد في ثاني عشر شوال سنة خمس وسبعين وخمس مائة فقبل شهادته وتولى النظر في ترب الخلفاء بالرصافة وتوفي شابا في شوال سنة اثنتين وتسعين وخمس مائة ودفن عند أبيه رحمهما الله تعالى
