١١٤٠ - القاسم بن علي بن الحسين بن محمد بن علي أبو نصر أقضى القضاة [الهاشمي الزينبي] ابن قاضي القضاة أبي القاسم بن نور الهدى الهاشمي الزينبي ولد سنة تسع وعشرين وخمس مائة قال ابن النجار كان شابا فاضلا له معرفة فى الفقه على مذهب أبي حنيفة وكان يعرف الأدب ويقول الشعر ويكتب خطا حسنا صنف رسالة تتضمن أحكام الصيد خدم بها الإمام المستنجد وولاه قضاء بغداد ولقب بقاضي القضاة سنة ست وخمسين وخمس مائة ومات سنة ثلاث وستين وخمس مائة رحمه الله تعالى
