١٠٦٢ - عمر بن أحمد بن أبي الحسن بن الحسن الغندابي المرغيناني نزيل سمرقند عرف بالفرغاني والغندابي بفتح الغين المعجمة وسكون النون وفتح الدال المهملة وبعد الألف باء موحدة نسبة إلى غنداب محلة من محال مرغينان من بلاد فرغانة قال السمعاني كان فقيها فاضلا انتهت إليه الفتوى بسمرقند سمع ببلخ وسمع منه السمعاني وكانت ولادته سنة خمس وثمانين وأربع مائة تفقه على القاضي محمود الأوزجندي جد قاضي خان قال الذهبي مات سنة ست وخمسين وخمس مائة وله سبعون سنة رحمه الله تعالى
