١٠٢٥ - علي بن محمد بن إبراهيم بن داود بن إبراهيم التنوخي قال السمعاني ولد بإنطاكية في ذي الحجة سنة سبعين ومائتين وقدم بغداد سنة تسع وثلاث مائة وتفقه بها على مذهب أبي حنيفة ﵁ على أبي الحسن الكرخي وسمع الحديث من الحسن بن أحمد بن فيل الأنطاكي وغيره وكان معتزليا وتوفي بالبصرة في شهر ربيع الأول سنة اثنتين وأربعين وثلاث مائة وهو أخو القاضي أحمد بن محمد بن أبي الفهم تقدم في بابه وصنف كتبا في الحديث والفقه ويقال إنه كان يقوم بعشر علوم
