٩٤٨ - عثمان بن أحمد بن محمد بن أحمد الحلبي الخلمي المعروف بخطيب خلم قال السمعاني إمام فقيه فاضل مفتي مناظر ولى الخطابة ببلخ وصار شيخ الإسلام بها تفقه على الإمام أبي بكر محمد بن أحمد بن علي القزاز تسع الحديث منه كتب إلى الإجازة من بلخ بخطه فى ذي القعدة سنة وتسع وعشرين وخمس مائة وتوفى بعد هذا التاريخ وتقدم أبوه أحمد بن محمد الخلمي
