٨٠٥ - عبد الرحمن بن عبد الواحد بن أحمد بن محمد الثقفي القاضي تقدم ذكر أخويه القاضي جعفر والقاضي عبد الله وتقدم ذكر جده أحمد ويأتي والده عبد الواحد أيضا خمسة فقهاء علماء فضلاء كوفيون حنفيون قال ابن النجار تولى القضاء بنهر عيسى بن علي الهاشمي وسمع الحديث من أبي الوقت وما أظنه روى شيئا قال المنذري فى التكملة سمع من والده وتوفى في ليلة سابع عشر المحرم من سنة سبع وتسعين وخمس مائة رحمه الله تعالى ودفن من الغد عند والده
