٧٧٧ - عبد الجبار بن أحمد بن أحمد بن الحسن بن محمد بن اليمان بن أبي الفتح أبو يعلى ابن أبي عبد الله الديناري الفقيه قال ابن النجار كانت ولادته سنة تسع وخمسين وثلاث مائة وكان والده يدور على أبي عبد الله بن مقلة الكاتب لحسن خطه وأبو يعلى هذا أورده أبو سعد محمد بن الحسين في كتاب أخبار الشعراء فقال فيه فضايل من درس القرآن والمعرفة بالفقه وتأويله ورواية الأخبار وحفظ الأشعار وكان يميل إلى مذهب الإمام أبي حنيفة ويعتمد على أكثر أقواله إلا إنه كان يتخير أقوال الفقهاء وينحو نحو الاعتزال
