٥٩٧ - خليل بن محمد بن أخي الملقب بهاء الدين مولده سنة ثلاث عشرة وسبع مائة بتربته بالقرافة الصغرى بمصر وبكرت له باستدعاء فأجازه جماعة من المسندين كالدبابيسي وابن صلاح والحسني وغيرهم فاق بها أقرانه وسمع الحديث الكثير وكتب بخط مسلم وغيره وتفقه وصنف وأفتى ودرس وناب في الحكم وسلك طريقة من قبله من القضاة والعلماء الصالحين ومات يوم الجمعة حادي عشر شعبان سنة تسع وستين بالمدرسة الظاهرية ودفن من الغد بالتربة التي ولد بها
