٥٩٢ - خليفة بن سليمان بن خليفة بن محمد القرشي أبو السرايا الخوارزمي الأصل الحلبي الدار والمولد مولده بحلب سنة ست وستين وخمس مائة وقيل سنة خمس قال ابن العديم وكتب بخطه في الإجازة إن مولده سنة ثلاث وخمسين قرأ الفقهبحلب على الإمام علاء الدين أبي بكر بن مسعود الكاساني صاحب البدائع ورحل إلى بلاد العجم وتفقه بها على جماعة منهم الصفي الإصبهاني صاحب الطريقة توفي ثالث عشرين شوال سنة ثمان وثلاثين وست مائة بحلب ودفن بجبانة مقام إبراهيم الخليل ﷺ خارج باب العراق
