١٦٦ - أحمد بن نافع بن مرزوق بن واثق القاضي أبو عبد الله وهو أخو عبد الباقيابن قانع القاضي ويأتي ذكره في موضعه قال ابن الثلاج سألت القاضي أحمد بن قانع عن مولده فقال سنة ثلاث وسبعين ومائتين وكان فقيها حسن العلم بالفرائض قال ابن أبي الفوارس توفي سنة خمس وخمسين وثلاث مائة
