    ٦٩٦ - أبو شداد, عن الحسن, والحسين قال (٣): لم أعرفه. قلت: هو سلمان مولى أبي رافع، سَمَّاه الإمام المزي ﵀ لما ذكره في ترجمة عبيد بن وسيم -وهو الراوي عنه هنا- من "تهذيبه" (٤). وترجم له البخاري في "الكبير" (٥)، وابن أبي حاتم في "الجرح والتعديل" (٦)، وذكرا له روايته عن الحسن، والحسين. وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" (٧)، وأبو أحمد الحاكم في "الكنى" (٨).
