    ٢٤٩ - عاصم بن منصور قال (١): لم أجد مَن وثَّقه ولا ضعَّفه. قلت: اختلف في اسمه، ورجَّح المزّي (٢) أنه: حصين بن منصور الأسدي، وقال: الأشبه بالصواب. وترجم له البخاري في "الكبير" (٣)، وابن أبي حاتم في "الجرح والتعديل" (٤)، ولم يذكرا فيه جرحًا ولا تعديلًا. وذكره ابن حبان في كتاب "الثقات" (٥). وقال الحافظ ابن حجر (٦): قرأت بخط الذهبي: لا يُدْرَى مَن هو.
