    ٩١ - توبة بن نمير قال (١٠): لم أجد من ترجمه. قلت: صواب اسمه: توبه بن نمر، وهو ابن حرمل الحضرمي، أبو محجن المصري، قاضيها.ترجم له البخاري في "الكبير" (١)، وابن أبي حاتم في "الجرح والتعديل" (٢)، وأبو عمر الكندي في كتاب "الولاة والقضاة" (٣)، وابن ماكولا في "الإكمال" (٤) وابن ناصر الدين في "توضيح المشتبه" (٥)، وابن حجر في "رفع الإصر" (٦)، و"تعجيل المنفعة" (٧). وقال الدارقطني (٨): جمع له القضاء، والقصص بمصر، وكان فاضلاً عابدًا.
