يوسف الملطي (٧٢٦ - ٨٠٣ هـ) (١٣٢٦ - ١٤٠٠ م) يوسف بن موسى بن محمد بن احمد الملطي، الحنفي، المعروف بالجمال الملطي (جمال الدين، ابو المحاسن) فقيه، من القضاة. اصله من خرتبرت بديار بكر ومولده بملطية في شمالي سورية، وقدم حلب، وولي قضاء الحنفية بمصر في أواخر أعوامه، وتوفي بالقاهرة. من تصانيفه: المعتصر من المختصر اي اختصار معاني الآثار للطحاوي في فروع الفقه الحنفي.
