يوسف الباعوني (٨٠٥ - ٨٨٠ هـ) (١٤٠٣ - ١٤٧٥ م) يوسف بن أحمد بن ناصر بن خليفة الباعوني، المقدسي، الشافعي، ثم الصالحي الدمشقي (جمال الدين) عالم، أديب. ولد بالقدس في جمادى الآخرة، وتعلم بها وبالقاهرة، وولي كتابة السر في صفد ثم القضاء بها، وتنقل في القضاء بين طرابلس الشام ودمشق وحلب، وتوفي منفصلا عن القضاء. من آثاره: نظم المنهاج للنووي لم يكمل.
