    يوسف الشّيرازي (٥٢٩ - ٥٨٥ هـ) (١١٣٥ - ١١٨٩ م) يوسف بن احمد بن ابراهيم الشيرازي ثم البغدادي (ابو يعقوب) صوفي، محدث، حافظ، رحال. ولد ببغداد وتولى بها مشيخة الصوفية بالرباط الارجواني ورحل في طلب الحديث الى بلاد فارس والجزيرة والبصرة والكوفة وواسط والشام والحجاز والجبال، وتوصل الى رجال الدولة، وذهب رسولا عن الخليفة الى الاطراف، وتوفي في رمضان. من آثاره: الاربعون البلدية في الحديث.
