يعقوب بن جلال الدين ( ... - ٨٩١ هـ) ( ... - ١٤٨٦ م) يعقوب بن خضر بن جلال الدين الحنفي. فقيه، اصولي. عين مدرسا بسلطانية بروسة، وولي القضاء ببروسة، وتوفي وهو قاض بها. من آثاره: حواش على شرح الوقايه لصدر الشريعة في فروع الفقه الحنفي، وحاشية على منتهى السؤل والأمل في علمي الاصول والجدل.
