    يحيى بن الصّيرفي (٥٨٣ - ٦٧٨ هـ) (١١٨٧ - ١٢٧٩ م) يحيى بن ابي منصور بن ابي الفتح بن رافع بن علي بن ابراهيم الحراني، الحنبلي ابن الصيرفي، ويعرف ايضا بابن الحبيش (جمال الدين، ابو زكرياء) فقيه، محدث. ولد بحران، وسافر الى الموصل وبغداد، وافتى، وناظر، وتخرج به جماعة، وتوفي بدمشق في ١٤ صفر. من تصانيفه: نوادر المذهب، انتهاز الفرص فيمن أفتى بالرخص في العقوبات، ودعائم الاسلام في وجوب الدعاء للامام.
