يحيى بن زيادة (٥٢٢ - ٥٩٤ هـ) (١١٢٨ - ١١٩٨ م) يحيى بن سعيد بن هبة الله بن علي ابن قزغلي بن زيادة الشيباني، الواسطي. البغدادي (ابو طالب، قوام الدين) اديب، كاتب، منشىء، مشارك في الفقه والكلام والاصول. اصله من واسط وولد ببغداد، وخدم بها ديوان الانشاء وتولى النظر بديوان البصرة وواسط والحلة زمنا، ورشح للوزارة ولم يولها، وتوفي ببغداد. من آثاره: ديوان رسائل.
