    يحيى النّاطق بالحق ( ... - ٤٢٤ هـ) ( ... - ١٠٣٣ م) يحيى بن الحسين بن محمد بن هارون بن الحسين بن محمد بن هارون البطحاني، الهاشمي، الحسني (ابو طالب، الناطق بالحق)فقيه، اصولي، متكلم، من أئمة الزيدية. بويع بعد وفاة أخيه المؤيد بالله احمد ابن الحسين، وقام بتصحيح مذهب الهادي يحيى بن الحسين، وتوفي بآمل. من آثاره: المجزي في اصول الفقه، التحرير وشرحه، التذكرة وكلاهما في فروع الفقه، والدعامة في الامامة.
