    ولي الله الدّهلوي (١١١٤ - ١١٧٦ هـ) (١٧٠٣ - ١٧٦٢ م) ولي الله بن عبد الرحيم العمري، الدهلوي. محدث، مفسر، فقيه، اصولي ولد بدهلي بالهند في ٤ شوال، ونشأ بها، وحج واقام بالحرمين مدة، وأخذ عن علمائها، ثم عاد الى الهند، ودرّس وتوفي في دهلي. من آثاره: الارشاد الى مهمات علم الاسناد، انسان العين في مشايخ الحرمين، عقد الجيد في احكام الاجتهاد والتقليد، الفوز الكبير في اصول التفسير، وحجة الله البالغة.
