    نعّوم مكرزل (١٢٨٤ - ١٣٥١ هـ = ١٨٦٧ - ١٩٣٢ م) نعوم مكرزل: صحافي. ولد ونشأ في قرية " بيت شباب " بلبنان، وأتم دروسه في " مدرسة الحكمة " ببيروت. ورحل إلى نيويورك تاجرا ومهاجرا. فأصدر فيها جريدة " الهدى " يومية باللغة العربية، اتخذها الاستعماريون الفرنسيون " بوقا " لهم. ومات في باريس على أثر عملية جراحية. له " تاريخ هنيبال - ط " ترجمه عن الإنكليزية، والأصل لجاكوب أبّوت. وله نظم (٢) .

    نعوم مكرزل (١٢٨٤ - ١٣٥٠ هـ) (١) (١٨٦٧ - ١٩٣٢ م) نعوم مكرزل. صحافي، مؤرخ.ولد ونشأ في بيت شباب بلبنان، وأتم دروسه في مدرسة الحكمة ببيروت، ورحل الى نيويورك تاجرا ومهاجرا، فأصدر فيها جريدة الهدى يومية باللغة العربية، وتوفي في باريس في ٦ نيسان، ونقل جثمانه الى بيروت فمسقط رأسه من آثاره: تاريخ الاسكندر الكبير.
