    المظفّر المقترح (٥٢٩ - ٦١٢ هـ) (١١٣٥ - ١٢١٥ م) المظفر بن عبد الله بن علي بن الحسين المصري، الشافعي، المعروف بالمقترح (تقي الدين، ابو الفتح) فقيه، اصولي متكلم. تفقه بالاسكندرية، وولي التدريس بها في مدرسة السلفي، وسمع وحدث ودرّس، وتخرج به خلق، ثم اقام بجامع مصر يقرىء الى ان توفي في شعبان. له تصانيف في الفقه والاصول والخلاف، منها: شرح المقترح في المصطلح.
