    مصطفى نعمت (١٢٩٥ - ... هـ) (١٨٧٨ - ... م) مصطفى نعمت بن محمد امين العباسي. من ضباط الجيش. تلقى علومه العسكرية في المدرسة الحربية ومدرسة الاركان التركيتين بالقسطنطينية، وتدرج في رتب الجيش العثماني حتى بلغ رتبة قائد فيلق، ثم التحق بالجيش العربي الفيصلي برتبته، ثم رقي الى رتبة قائد فرقة، وعين حاكما عسكريا، فرئيسا لمجلس الشورى العسكري، فمديرا للأشغال العامة بحلب، فمديرا لدرك الاتحاد السوري، فعضوا في مجلس الشورى بالدولة السورية. من آثاره: قلب جزيرة العرب، والمواقع الجنبية وتأثيرها في الحروب.
