محمد بن زرب (٣١٧ - ٣٨١ هـ) (٩٢٩ - ٩٩١ م) محمد بن يبقى بن زرب القرطبي، المالكي (ابو بكر، قاضي الجماعة) فقيه خطيب، من القضاة. سمع قاسم بن اصبغ وجماعة، وولي القضاء بقرطبة في ايام المؤيد الاموي، وكان المنصور بن ابي عامر يعظمه ويجلسه معه، وتوفي بقرطبة وهو على القضاء في رمضان. من آثاره: الخصال في فروع الفقه المالكي، والرد على ابن مسرة.
