محمد البندنيجي (٤٠٧ - ٤٩٥ هـ) (١٠١٦ - ١١٠٢ م) محمد بن هبة الله بن ثابت البندنيجي الشافعي، نزيل مكة، ويعرف بفقيه الحرم (ابو نصر) فقيه. ولد في بندنيج بقرب بغداد، وصحب ابا اسحاق الشيرازي، وجاور بمكة نحوا من اربعين سنة، وتوفي بذي الذنبتين باليمن. من آثاره: الجامع والمعتمد وكلاهما في فروع الفقه الشافعي.
