    محمد محرّم (١٢٧٠ - ١٣٥٠ هـ) (١٨٥٤ - ١٩٣١ م) محمد مصباح بن محمد بن اديب محرم الحمصي الاصل، البيروتي. حقوقي، اديب، شاعر. ولد ببيروت، وقرأ على علمائها، وتقدم في المناصب الحكومية حتى كان رئيسا لمحكمة الاستئناف ببيروت، ثم بدمشق، وانتخب مبعوثا عن اهل بيروت في مجلس المبعوثين العثماني بالقسطنطينية، ثم استقر بدمشق، وتولى رئاسة محكمة التمييز، وقام بأعمال وزارة العدل مرتين ودرّس بمعهد الحقوق، وتوفي بدمشق. من تصانيفه: الصكوك الحقوقية، نتيجة المعلومات في القضاء والمحاكمات، المعلومات العدلية، وديوان شعر.
