    محمد العيسوي (١١٥٢ - ١٢٤٢ هـ) (١٧٣٩ - ١٨٢٦ م) محمد الصالح بن سليمان بن محمد بن محمد ابن الطالب العيسوي، الرحموني. اديب، نحوي، مشارك في بعض العلوم، من أهل أمشدالة بالمغرب. تعلم بتونس، وعاد الى بلده فاشتغل بالتدريس في جبل بني عيسى، وتوفي في جبل جرجرة: من تآليفه الكثيرة: ميزان اللباب في قواعد البنا والاعراب، الدليل على الاجرومية، شرح على المقدمة الازهرية وكلها في النحو، حاشية على شرح الصغرى سماها المحتاج في شرح معاني السراج للأخضري، شرح البردة للبوصيري، ورياض السعود في ما لله من العجائب والحدود.
