    محمد المظفّر (١٣٠١ - ١٣٧٥ هـ) (١٨٨٤ - ١٩٥٥ م) محمد حسن بن محمد المظفر. فقيه، اصولي، مجتهد، شاعر. ولد بالنجف، ودرس فيه وحضر على كاظم الخراساني وباقر الجواهري وكاظم الطباطبائي اليزدي وحاز على درجة الاجتهاد، وتوفي ببغداد في ٢٣ ربيع الأول. من مؤلفاته: دلائل الصدق، نهج الحق في مجلدين كبيرين، شرح على القواعد في العبادات، حاشية على جزئي كفاية الاصول، الافصاح عن أحوال رجال الصحاح في مجلد، ومجموعة شعره.
