    محمد بطّال ( ... - ٦٣٣ هـ) ( ... - ١٢٣٣ م) محمد بن احمد بن محمد بن سليمان بن بطال الركبي (١)، اليمني، المشهور ببطال (ابو عبد الله، شمس الدين) فقيه، محدث، لغوي، شاعر. سكن في بلدة ذي يعمر احدى قرى الدملوه، ورحل الى مكة، ثم عاد الى بلده، فبنى مدرسة وقف عليها كتبه وارضه، وتوفي في نحو سنة ٦٣٣ هـ. من آثاره: المستعذب في شرح غريب المهذب في فروع الفقه الشافعي، اربعون حديثا في اذكار المساء والصباح، وله شعر.(ط) السيوطي: بغية الوعاة ١٨، حاجي خليفة: كشف الظنون ٥٢، ٥٣، ١٩١٣، الزركلي: الاعلام ٦: ٢١٥، البغدادي: هدية العارفين ٢: ١١٣
