    محمد حميد الدين (٨٠٥ (٢) - ٨٦٧ هـ) (١٤٠٣ - ١٤٦٣ م) محمد بن أحمد بن محمد بن أحمد بن عمر ابن محمد بن ثابت بن عثمان النعماني، البغدادي الاصل، الفرغاني، الدمشقي، الحنفي، ويعرف بحميد الدين. عالم مشارك في النحو والصرف والمعاني والبيان والفقه والاصول والكلام. ولد بمراغة من أعمال تبريز، ونشأ ببغداد، وتوفي بدمشق. من آثاره: الرد على ابن تيمية في الاعتقادات، شرح كنز الدقائق للنسفي، سراج المستفيد وغنية المفيد لم يكمل، وعدة رسائل في مسائل.
