    قَلِّيني فَهْمي (١٢٧٧ - ١٣٧٣ هـ = ١٨٦٠ - ١٩٥٤ م) قليني فهمي " باشا " ابن يوسف بن عبد الشهيد: فاضل من أعيان الأقباط بمصر. ولد بنزلة الفلاحين (من قرى المنيا بالصعيد) وتعلم بالقاهرة. وتولى وظائف إدارية وحسابية، ومنح رتبة " مير ميران " فهنأه خليل مطران بقوله: رتبة تقصر العزائم عنها أنت أهل لمثلها ولا على[[قليني فهمي]] وألف كتبا صغيرة، أكثرها مقالات في مآثر معاصريه من الحكام، منها " أعمال الملوك - ط " و " عمر طوسون، حياته وآثاره - ط " و " مذكرات - ط " جزان، و " آراء وذكريات في السياسة والاقتصاد - ط " وتوفي في مغاغة (١) القَلْيوبي = علي بن محمد ٤١٢ القَلْيُوبي = أحمد بن أحمد ١٠٦٩
