    علي بن أفلح (٤٤٣ - ٥٥٣ هـ) (١٠٥١ - ١١٥٨ م) علي بن أفلح بن محمد العبسي (أبو القاسم) أديب، كاتب، شاعر. مدح الخلفاء، وله نوادر كثيرة، وخرج من بغداد هاربا الى الشام، ثم عاد الى بغداد، وأقام بها الى حين وفاته في ٢ شعبان. من آثاره: ديوان شعر، وديوان رسائل.
