عسكري المشهدي (١٢١١ - ١٢٨٠ هـ) (١٧٩٦ - ١٨٦٤ م) عسكري بن هداية الله بن محمد مهدي الحسيني، المشهدي. فقيه. ولد في رجب بالمشهد المقدس، وولي امامة الجمعة فيه، وتوفي في ١٤ شوال. من مؤلفاته: ينابيع الشريعة في فقه الامامية، رسالة في الحدود والقصاص والديات، رسالة في قراءة المأموم خلف الامام، شرح على تمهيد القواعد لم يتم، ورسالة نجاة المتقين في أكثر أبواب الفقه.
