    عثمان التركماني (٦٦٠ (١) - ٧٣١ هـ) (١٢٦٢ - ١٣٣١ م) عثمان بن ابراهيم بن مصطفى بن سليمان المارديني، الحنفي، الشهير بالتركماني (ابو عمرو فخر الدين). فقيه، مشارك في اللغة والعربية والمعاني والبيان. تصدر للافتاء والتدريس سنين عديدة، ودرّس بالمنصورية، وتخرج به خلق كثير، وتوفي بالقاهرة (٢) . من تصانيفه: شرح الجامع الكبير لمحمد بن الحسن الشيباني في فروع الفقه الحنفي في عدة مجلدات، ومناسك.
