    عَبْدُه بَدْرَان (١٢٨٤ - ١٣٤٢ هـ = ١٨٦٧ - ١٩٢٤ م) عبده بن ميخائيل بدران: كاتب صحفي. ولد في وادي الشحرور (بلبنان) وسكن الإسكندرية يافعا. وأصدر صحيفة " الصباح " أسبوعية سنة ١٩٠٠ - ١٩٠٦ م، ثم كان من كتاب جريدة[[عبده بدران "]] البصير " إلى أن توفي. كتب ثلاث قصص، هي " غادة لبنان - ط " و " غادة الترنسفال - ط " و " في عالم الخيال - ط " وصنّف معجما في اللغة سماه " الهادي - خ " (١) .
