    عبد الكريم مغنية (١٣١١ - ١٣٥٤ هـ) (١٨٩٣ - ١٩٣٥ م) عبد الكريم بن محمود بن محمد مغنية. فقيه، أصولي. ولد في النجف، ونشأ في جبل عامل، وهاجر الى النجف مع والده وطلب العلم من نحو وصرف ومنطق ومعاني وبيان وفقه واصول، ورجع الى جبل عاملوتوفي في ٢١ شوال، ودفن بجبل عامل. من مؤلفاته: كتاب القضاء، رسالة في الارث، كتاب في اصول الفقه، ورسالة في العدالة.
