    عبد الرحيم الإسنائي (٥٥٠ - ٦٢٥ هـ) (١١٥٥ - ١٢٢٨ م) عبد الرحيم بن علي بن الحسين بن اسحاق ابن شيث الأموي، الإسنائي، القوصي (ابو القاسم، جمال الدين) كاتب، وزير. ولد باسنا، ونشأ بقوص، وولي ديوان الانشاء بها، ثم بالاسكندرية، ثم بالقدس ثم وليه للملك المعظم عيسى، ووزر له، وتوفي بدمشق. له كتب، منها: معالم الكتابة، مغانم الإصابة في فن الانشاء وآداب كتّاب الملوك، وله شعر.
