    عبد الرحيم الغزّي (١٣١٦ - ١٣٦٥ هـ) (١٨٩٨ - ١٩٤٦ م) عبد الرحيم بن رشيد بن محمود بن محمود ابن محمد بن ابراهيم الغزى. اديب، ناثر، ناظم، خطيب، عارف باللغات التركية والفارسية، وملم بالفرنسية. اصله من دمشق من أهل حماة. درس بالمدرسة الاعدادية، وتخرج بمدرسة الضباط برتبة ملازم ثان، وزاول مهنة التعليم، واشتغل بالحركة الوطنية، فسجن وعذب، وقتل بحادث سيارة بالقرب من عدرة من اعمال دمشق ونقل الى حماه فدفن بها. من آثاره: عدة روايات تمثيلية، اهمها: ثورة قريش، طارق بن زياد، عمرو بن العاص في فتح مصر، والرشيد والبرامكة.
