عبد الرحمن السّقاف (١٢٢٦ - ١٢٩٢ هـ) (١٨١١ - ١٨٧٥ م) عبد الرحمن بن علي بن عمر بن سقاف الحسيني، العلوي. فاضل، من أهل حضرموت ولد بمدينة سيوون، ورحل الى اليمن والحجاز واخذ عن علمائهما، وتوفي في سيوون. منآثاره: رسائل في الصدقات والتحذير من تدخين التنباك، النصيحة المهداة لسعداء الولاة ومناقب الحسن بن صالح البحر احد شيوخه.
